  • To initiate the name reservation, please provide 3-4 proposed names for your company. We will verify their availability with the authorities and proceed with reserving the selected name.

Documents Required for Minimum 2 Directors

To complete the director registration, we will require the following documents from each proposed director. Kindly ensure that all documents are self-attested and in clear copies:

  • PAN Card (for identification purposes)
  • Aadhaar Card (for proof of identity and address)
  • Latest Bank Statements (last 3 months, to verify financial status)
  • Valid Government-Issued ID (Driving License / Passport / Voter ID Copy)
  • Soft Copy of Passport-Sized Photograph
  • Digital Signatures (We will assist in obtaining these for you)
  • INC 9 Declaration (We will provide the format based on the documents submitted)
  • Consent to Act as Director (A consent letter format will be shared with you)
  • Proposed Shareholding for each director/promoter (a breakdown of equity distribution)

Documents Required for the Proposed Company (After Name Approval)

Once the company name has been approved, the following documents are required for the company:

  • Electricity Bill (A recent bill for the proposed registered office address)
  • No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the premises owner for using the address as the official registered office of the company (A format for this document will be shared based on the details you provide)

  • Director Identification Number (DIN) for both directors.
  • Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) for both directors.
  • Permanent Account Number (PAN) for the company.

  • Company Incorporation Certificate, including all government filing fees and applicable stamp duties.
